A Pox? A Pox! How Delightful, A Pox. (ft. ~SongBird~)

It’s never too early to post a Nightmare Before Christmas reference, especially when the product on display is so perfect for Halloween. SongBird has created the Scarlet Pox for this Fall’s Twisted Hunt.

Twisted Hunt

The 18th biannual Twisted Hunt is live! Victorian Gothic and Burgundy Wine are the common theme behind the products. And oh, the products! Over 80 designers have created and hidden items just for you. This hunt is known as the hardest hunt in Second Life, but very well worth the effort! The hunt will end on September 30th so make sure to get started by visiting the Twisted Headquarters Hunt Start Point soon!

If you’re not already familiar with her work, SongBird releases gothic, horror, and macabre products for us to enjoy. These goodies include things like unsettling eyes, bloody wounds, doll skins, and more. Make sure to visit her store so you can enjoy her contributions to the hunt as well as all the other awesome items she has for sale.

The Scarlet Pox

Want to do a historical reenactment of the US colonies in the late 1700s? Itching to display your allegiance to Nurgle? Maybe you just like having communicable diseases or getting into the Halloween spirit. Whatever your reason, the Scarlet Pox is actually pretty sweet.

When you find the Twisted Hunt cube in SongBird’s store you’ll get the Scarlet Pox Omega applier for mesh as well as tattoo later for classic avatars.

Miracle Elixirs

The Miracle Elixir Gacha is playable right from the SongBird store. It includes 6 different magical elixir props as well as the rare Miracle Elixir Showcase box.

The Tyler Set

 

Whether it’s the lace on the vest or the denim on the pants pockets this outfit this outfit lovingly reminds me of growing up in the 90’s. The style works whether you want to be edgy or sophisticated; just pair it with the hair and facial expressions to match your desired style.

The Top

The top half of this ensemble consists of a black tube top and a denim vest with lace accents. Both can be worn on their own or mix & matched with other pieces. The vest is open just the perfect amount so you can get away with nothing underneath if you really want to be edgy. The tube top is low cut enough that a necklace could be a great addition as well.

This exclusive piece really turns heads. It does take a little adjusting to fit your individual avatar, but don’t let that deter you! It’s simple to do and is well worth the effort. It attaches at the nose and there is an o-ring that looks nice in the hair, around the ear, through the daith, or even just on front of the ear if absolutely needed. The nose chain is available in Gold and Silver for L$90 each.

There are so many things I love about this set. The first thing I noticed was the sheer skirt. This is so much fun! It offers a ton of unique layering options. Consider tall boots, leggings, tights, tattoos, the list goes on! A little peek-a-boo is always fun. I also really like how the straps in the middle hug the waist. This set is so much fun to wear!

I.M. Collection has brought a versatile dress exclusively to Fashion Dazzle this month. It can be worn casually by layering or using more casual accessories, such as thigh high boots. Fancy  is an option too! Just spruce it up with some jewelry and nice heels. The dress, named Kate, comes in five different shades and is changed via HUD.

 

 

 

 

I really loved all the options. Each was flattering on me in my (clearly) biased opinion. Kate is made for Maitreya, Slink, Belleza, EBody, TMP, and Tonic. It can be purchased for L$225 at the I.M. Collection booth at Fashion Dazzle.
