What’s In The Box?

The HUD is where all the magic comes from. From the HUD you’ll have access to the following:

  • Eye liners
    • Each pencil on the HUD contains one style. Each of the 12 styles is available in both black and tintable white.
  • Lashes
    • The HUD shows a preview of the 3 styles.  The lashes are available in both black and tintable white.
  • Lipsticks
    • These come in the colored versions only, however just like all makeup appliers they can be slightly tinted.

Signature Dove’s November Events (ft. Carol G Tattoo)

November Signature Dove events are here! Fashion Dazzle‘s Geometry in Fashion is underway and The Free Dove is hosting another set of popular mini hunts. Let’s dive right into the product sales and the hunt freebies!

I’m a huge fan of tattoos, especially ones that stand out. Geometric Compass by [CAROL G] is a tattoo that is great for various RP and casual avatars. I don’t need to describe it to you, I’m sure you can see the design for yourself. Please note that the lines are straight, however it’s not very often that your avatar’s back is perfectly straight so I wanted to show off that it still looks nice with movement.

There is a large design on the back as seen here. The image at the top of the post shows the arm design on the right arm. The tattoo is mirrored for the left arm. This does mean that the text is backwards on the left, however if that’s something that will bother you it can be covered with an armband, backless top, etc.

Geometric Compass has three shades included ranging from a fresh black to an evenly faded grey. The tattoo comes in appliers for Maitreya, Belleza, Slink, TMP, and Omega. You can purchase it at the [Carol G] booth at Fashion Dazzle for L$280.

EXCLUSIVE: Brown Bear

Found only at Fashion Dazzle, this Brown Bear set is quite possibly one of the cutest things I own. It comes with the shoes and tights as well so you have an entire adorable outfit with just one purchase.

The dress itself fit my body well. I really like the length as it can easily be mix & matched if you so choose.

The tights come in a clothing layer as well as Omega appliers so almost any avatar can use them. The detail in the pattern is well worth zooming in for.

The shoes are well made and have a gorgeous shine to them. I really love the adorable, innocent feel this entire outfit gives off.

Marquesse’s Autumn Whisper

My favorite season has always been Autumn. The leaves alone give us a spectacular color show, lovely fall scents, and that satisfying crunch once they dry out on the ground. Marquesse conveys the cozy feeling of the changing season at Fashion Dazzle this month!

Autumn Whisper

This is one of those pieces I really wish I had off grid. It looks wonderful on its own, but you can pair it with thigh high shoes (as seen here) or even leggings for a different feel. Leggings would give the added bonus of warmth in that crisp fall air, too!

Autumn Whisper comes in blue, brown, green, red, and purple. You can see every color modeled in the Pics & Credits section below. The golden sash compliments each color very nicely. The sandals match that bow perfectly, too! Shoe-Ddiction actually made them to compliment this outfit. They even share the same name!

Shapes & Witches (Ft. Shei Shapes & Skins)

Shei Shapes & Skins has brought more goodies to Fashion Dazzle this month!

Yvanna & Nick

There are two exclusive shapes available at the Shei Shapes & Skins booth this month. Shown here is the lovely Yvanna. She’s made for LeLutka bento heads (shown here on Simone) and the Maitreya Lara body. When I first put her on I noticed she’s taller than what I usually wear. It was a fun change! She has a slender waist but it still feels very natural. I actually really like this shape!

Also available is Nick. She’s made for Catwa’s Catya head and the Maitreya Lara body. I do not personally have Catya so I wasn’t able to model Nick properly. Instead check out this promo image for an idea of how Nick looks.

Nick may work with other Catwa heads. I tried her on Lona, who has quite the underbite naturally, and it didn’t quite seem to do it for me. Grab the demo to try her on your Catwa head and see if you love how she looks!

Yvanna & Nick are available at the booth for L$199 each. They come with full mod versions as well so you can tweak them to fit your specific needs. I have no doubt I could make Nick work for me, however I didn’t want to blog an altered shape out of respect for Shei Shapes & Skins.

October Signature Dove events are arriving today! Fashion Dazzle‘s Fall Fashion Trends is in full swing and The Free Dove is hosting another one of their popular mini hunts. Let’s dive right into the product sales and the hunt freebies!

Pink Ice Boutique

One of Fashion Dazzle’s Sponsors this month is the wonderful Pink Ice Boutique. They’ve brought the exclusive Allie Mesh Halter Top & Mini Skirt. I’m really enjoying this set. The little tassels are super cute and the way they move with every step actually makes it look like they’re swaying! I also love the detail in the fabric around the neckline and the breasts. It hugs my Maitreya Body just the right way and has so much mix & match potential.

Glamorous, Glistening Glint!

Glint always brings beautiful, versatile, and easy to use jewelry to Fashion Dazzle.

Lace & Gem Choker

This is my favorite piece from Glint to date, which is quite the achievement because I absolutely love their jewelry.

As is standard with much of their jewelry, this Fashion Dazzle exclusive comes with a customization HUD. The HUD has 9 options each for the lace and gem color. It also includes resizing tools and has easy links to the in world store, marketplace, and more info.

So why is it my favorite piece? The pendant is fully customizable! That’s right, any full perm texture you have can be used as the image in the pendant. It’s really easy to upload and use your own as I did here with my pretty little kitty cat.

The choker comes with an instructional notecard to teach you how to make this choker your own. If you have any trouble the creator, Rain, is always willing to help. I can attest to Glint’s fabulous customer service and wonderful products.

The Lace & Gem Choker can be purchased (practically stolen, honestly) for only L$50.

Hera: Fit For A Goddess (ft. LuLu)

LuLu has combined gems, feathers, and metal into a powerful statement piece for this month’s Fashion Dazzle.

The Hera Set

I’m a big fan of extravagant yet sexy outfits. The moment I put this on I KNEW it was totally my style.

The head and shoulder piece are bold yet detailed. The panties, nipple covers, and belly button gem highlight the beauty of the Maitreya body. The spiral cuffs accent the limbs and round out the look in the perfect manner. This is currently one of my favorite outfits.

Style Options

The styling options are broken into three materials: metal, gems, and feathers. The metal parts are made of either onyx, silver, or gold depending on which set you purchase. There is a selection of gems: azure, pink, onyx, or “opale”. My absolute favorite though, and what I believe makes each set so unique, is the feather detail! The feathers on the head and shoulders are either in dove white, crow black, or bright peacock colors.

The Flower Of The Runway (ft. PaperMoon)

PaperMoon has again brought a beautiful piece to show off at Fashion Dazzle. There’s even a free gift just for visiting the booth!

The Lotus Gown

This sexy little piece is exclusive to Fashion Dazzle this month. I love how the fabric falls over the body; it feels so carefree. The mesh moves well with the legs which you don’t always find in long mesh dresses. Poses with extreme leg movement may clip slightly, but it’s far less often than with many dresses I try.

The gown comes in three colors: Nude (shown here), Black, and Scarlet. Each comes with a matching necklace as well. As with most jewelry you’ll have to adjust the necklace to fit your unique body type, but it’s quick and easy.

The Lotus Gown is available for Slink, Maitreya, Belleza, and TMP. It can be purchased for L$220 per color at the PaperMoon booth.

The Krista Dress

You’re in for a special treat if you visit PaperMoon at Fashion Dazzle this month. You can get the Krista Dress just for dropping by. It’s a really cute and spunky top and skirt set. You can sneak a peek at this free gift in the Pics & Credits section below.

Mariposa’s Mermaid Gowns

Mermaids are one of those hot trends right now. Whether you love them or hate them it’s hard to deny their shiny scales are mesmerizing. Mariposa has captured that feel in their dresses available at Fashion Dazzle now.

The Gowns

There are eight dresses available at the Mariposa booth this month. Half are “Hibbi” which have a design in white. The other half are “Hindi” which have the design in black. Both are beautiful in their own way.

The Hibbi style comes in purple, lapiz blue, frost, and cream (shown here). The last two are exclusive to Fashion Dazzle. Hindi comes in cream, berry red, lapiz blue, and dogwood pink.

I’ve saved the best part for last. Each dress reacts to the light, which is why they come with a body and face lights. The light reacts with the iridescent silk to make a gorgeous mermaid shimmer. It’s hard to see in still pics, so make sure to check out the video at the end of this section.

Each dress is for sale for L$419 and sized for Slink, Belleza, and 5 standard mesh sizes. In this post I’m wearing standard size Small on a Maitreya body. Demos are available, so test them out to see how cool they are for yourself!
