Pros and Cons

Other pros and cons to consider that haven’t been mentioned above.

Pros

  • Akeruka heads are easy to use as well as popular enough to have decent third party support.
  • Since it’s mainly a BOM head, you can use skins made for other brands and see if they fit. The image used for this post is actually made for a Lelutka head, though I had to adjust the eyebrow shape slightly to make it work.

Cons

  • Advanced #M02 doesn’t come with any skins, however the M#01 does.
  • It can be really difficult to find BOM skins specifically for #M02. It took a lot of demoing and store hopping before I found a skin that was passable enough to use for this post. I highly, highly recommend demoing skins with the demo of the head and finding what you’d like before purchasing.
