Pros and Cons

Other pros and cons to consider that haven’t been mentioned above.

Pros

  • At release Kario already had various clothing options and other third party support. While it’s still fairly new at the time of posting, there’s already over a thousand products for it listed on the Marketplace.
  • The Starter Pack includes body hair, a tattoo, rings, basic clothing, and a face skin.
  • The included skins also cover the neck, making it easier for you to blend another face skin into the body skin.

Cons

  • Kario is a very bulky body. If you’re looking for a slender shape this is not the one for you.
  • If you wish to alpha parts of the body you’ll need to use BOM alpha layers. While this isn’t technically a con when it comes to efficiency in SL, it is something that some users aren’t used to and may take some adjusting. Lots of clothing will come with its own alpha layers if needed, however some don’t. In that case you’ll need to buy or make your own alpha layers for Kario.
